Risk cannot be completely eliminated from the recreational or sporting environment of karting. The regulation does not eliminate the responsibility of participants for their own safety, nor does it eliminate the overriding principle that motor sports and activities, given their nature, can be dangerous. Remember that you participate at your own risk.
Terms and conditions of use
- Know the rules and safety regulations in force, non-compliance will result in exclusion and expulsion.
- Follow the indications of the track personnel unconditionally.
- Recognize that he has the experience, skill and knowledge necessary for the practice of karting.
- Declare that he/she does not suffer from any medical condition, physical or mental, that would prevent him/her from practicing karting.
- Declare that you do not suffer from any heart problems, head, neck and/or back problems, nervous disorders or epilepsy.
- Driving with long hair out of the helmet, loose clothing, sandals, heels, scarves or long laces is not allowed.
- Not to go out on the track without the pertinent authorization.
- Do not get out of the vehicle or walk on the track in any case.
- No person may proceed beyond the pit-lane or technical stop zone (unless expressly authorized).
- In case of breakdown or accident, remove the vehicle to a remote area if possible and wait for the runway personnel.
- Do not drive in the opposite direction under any circumstances.
- Do not hit other karts.
- Do not make any route different from the established one.
- In the event of a yellow flag, extreme caution must be exercised and the instructions of the track personnel must be followed.
- In the event of a red flag or red light, slow down, stop and follow the instructions of the personnel.
- While the track is closed, by means of red flags or traffic lights, it will not be possible to access it.
- Under no circumstances may the facility be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- In case of abnormal behavior, staff may prevent or suspend participation in the activity.
- Perform the activity responsibly, for your own safety, the safety of other users and staff.
- Be aware of the physical demands and medical consequences of karting activities.
- Be aware that there is a risk that cannot be completely eliminated in the karting environment.
